What our clients ask us.

How long until strategy shows up in pipeline?

The plan ships in 3-5 weeks. First quick wins typically signal in 60-90 days: tracking fixes, cuts to inefficient spend, campaign restructuring. Game changers (positioning, content, sales alignment) move pipeline between months 4 and 9. In long sales cycles, closed contracts attributable to the new strategy appear from month 6.

Can you work on our existing plan?

Yes. We don’t rewrite templates out of vanity. We start from your current plan, audit it against your real numbers (CAC, LTV, margin) and propose only the changes that move pipeline. If what you have is fine, we tell you. If 40% must go, we tell you that too. No attachment to inherited documents.

Do you do strategy only without execution?

Yes, and it’s quite common. Many clients contract audit and marketing plan as a closed product and then execute with their internal team or another agency. We charge strategy separately: if you later hire us for execution, great; if not, also fine. That avoids the conflict of interest of diagnosing and selling ourselves at the same time.

Do you work with our team or run everything?

Both. With mature internal teams, we step in as external direction and senior sparring: monthly meeting, decisions, occasional training sessions. With small or recently created teams, we direct and execute the critical pieces the first months until the house can take over. We define it at kick-off, with clear roles, owners and limits.

Monthly or per project?

Audit and plan are a closed per-project product. Strategic consulting and senior direction are monthly, no lock-in. You stay because it works, not because you signed 12 months. If a month we don’t add value, you leave. That filter forces us to deliver each month, not the contract.
